ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot and NASA astronaut Anil Menon performed a spacewalk Tuesday to replace a communications antenna on the International Space Station [1].
The mission marks a historic milestone for European space exploration as Adenot becomes the first French woman to conduct a spacewalk [1]. Anil Menon accompanied Adenot during the mission. Menon previously completed his first spacewalk on Aug. 6 with station commander Jessica Meir [2].
