The price adjustments target a small portion of the menu, with some items increasing by as much as 30 yen [1]. Specifically, the price for a plate of select lean tuna will now be 150 yen [2], while a plate of live sea bream will cost 200 yen [3]. Other popular items, such as salmon and shrimp, will maintain their current pricing.

A spokesperson for Sushiro said the price revisions were necessary because it is difficult to maintain current quality levels through corporate effort alone.
