The system utilizes AI cameras to enable 24x7 monitoring [3] of construction sites across Delhi, according to Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa. The portal specifically tracks registered construction sites located on plots larger than 500 square yards [1] to provide real-time pollution monitoring and help control emissions, Sirsa said.

While some reports indicate the portal was launched on Monday, May 29 [2], other sources noted the system was scheduled for a rollout in the following week.
