The meeting signals a shift toward stricter accountability and the scaling of foundational literacy and nutrition programs across India. By reviewing the utilization of Samagra Shiksha funds, the central government aims to ensure that financial resources translate directly into classroom improvements.

Pradhan said the initiative marks six years [2] since the launch of NEP 2020. He used the gathering to introduce the next implementation stages, which include the rollout of Samagra Shiksha 3.0 and NIPUN Bharat 2.0. These programs are designed to strengthen the framework of school education and early childhood literacy.

In addition to these systemic updates, the minister discussed the expansion of PM POSHAN and the growth of Atal Tinkering Labs. These efforts focus on improving student nutrition, and fostering a culture of innovation and technical skill among youth.

A primary focus of the conclave was the review of fund usage. Pradhan said transparency is needed in the 3.0 phase of Samagra Shiksha to prevent leakage and ensure that resources reach the intended educational institutions.

The minister said the goals of the current phase are to strengthen the implementation of the original policy through these new schemes. By coordinating with state and union territory leaders, the ministry seeks to standardize the delivery of these educational services across different regions.
