Discussions centered on increasing economic cooperation between the two nations. The leaders explored ways to enhance trade and investment, key pillars for the deepening relationship.
Education and culture were also primary topics of conversation. The leaders discussed increasing student exchanges and expanding cultural collaborations to foster closer people-to-people ties.
Modi arrived in Bishkek earlier this week to attend the summit and hold a series of bilateral meetings with other regional leaders. The engagement in Kyrgyzstan serves as a platform for India to synchronize its policy goals with those of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states.
