A massive flash flood along the border of Nepal and China’s Tibet Autonomous Region has killed dozens and left hundreds of people missing.

The disaster strikes a critical transit and trekking corridor in the Himalayas, complicating rescue efforts for a large number of international tourists trapped in remote terrain.
