VenHub Global, Inc. has opened its second production and assembly facility in Las Vegas, Nevada [1].
The expansion allows the company to scale the manufacturing of its autonomous Smart Store technology to meet increasing market demand [2]. This move signals a transition from early-stage deployment to larger-scale commercial availability of robotic retail solutions.
The new plant is larger than the company's first facility [1]. VenHub Global, which trades on the NASDAQ under the symbol VHUB, designed the site to accelerate the assembly of its automated retail systems [2].
"We are thrilled to expand our presence in Las Vegas, a hub of innovation, and this new facility will enable us to meet the growing demand for our autonomous Smart Store solutions," Scott L. Smith, CEO of VenHub Global, Inc., said [1].
The company is focusing on reducing the friction of traditional retail through robotics. By increasing its production footprint, VenHub aims to deploy more autonomous units across various commercial environments [2].
"The Las Vegas plant represents a major step forward in our strategy to bring fully autonomous retail experiences to market at scale," Smith said [2].
The company previously operated a single production site in the region. The addition of this second facility [1] is intended to remove manufacturing bottlenecks that could hinder the rollout of its Smart Store technology.
“The new plant is larger than the company's first facility.”
The establishment of a second, larger facility indicates that VenHub Global is moving beyond the prototype phase and is preparing for a significant increase in hardware deployment. By centralizing production in Las Vegas, the company is attempting to optimize its supply chain to compete in the rapidly growing autonomous retail sector, where the ability to scale physical infrastructure is as critical as the software driving the robotics.
