In Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg, conditions are considered optimal for viewing [5, 6]. Gradwohl said that Heilbronn has clear sight and no clouds, providing ideal conditions for the eclipse [6]. This is attributed to clear weather forecasts and a favorable geographic angle of the moon relative to the sunset [5, 6].

Other regions will experience a partial eclipse. In Duisburg, the moon is expected to cover approximately 88% of the solar disk [7]. This variation in coverage is common during solar eclipses, where the path of totality only covers a narrow strip of the Earth's surface while other areas see a partial event [1, 7].

Observers are advised to use proper eye protection to avoid permanent retinal damage. The event occurs shortly before sunset, which affects the viewing angle for those in the northern latitudes [4].
